The client had already commissioned a garden design but struggled to find a contractor who could bring it to life within their budget. Collaborating with Verde Design, we were able to preserve the key design elements they loved while value-engineering the project to make it more cost-effective.

By reworking levels and exploring alternative materials and finishes, we delivered a garden that stayed true to the original concept—without compromising on style or quality.

I really enjoyed this project. It’s a great example of how thoughtful level adjustments and smart material choices can significantly reduce costs and effort, all while creating a beautiful outdoor space the client truly loves and enjoys.
