Natural Swimming Pool

A natural swimming pool built near Bristol, expertly designed and supported by Verde Pools from start to finish. The project involved extensive groundwork and excavation, including the careful placement of a 500kg EPDM liner—no small feat. Once in place, the build process could truly begin.

The pool features a generous 8x5m swim zone and a European-style air-lift filtration system that flows through densely planted gravel regeneration beds. Over 100 tonnes of gravel were used to support the pool's mechanical and biological filtration systems. Throughout the entire process, we took extreme care to protect the integrity of the liner.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome and love watching the pool mature over time. It's incredibly rewarding to see the client and their family making full use of the space year-round and truly enjoying their transformed garden.
